For the 45th edition in 2026, Vinitech-Sifel highlights exhibiting companies that are imagining the solutions of tomorrow through the Innovation Awards.
The goal: to showcase solutions that are shaping the future of the wine-growing, arboriculture and vegetable production sectors.
More than just an award, these prizes — reserved for equipment, process or technical solution providers, recognize technical innovations capable of addressing the sector’s major challenges: performance, sustainability, new technologies and evolving professional practices.
These awards represent true recognition from the profession and serve as a powerful commercial and marketing booster both in France and internationally.
The 2024 edition demonstrated the dynamism of the sector with nearly 80 applications submitted and 39 awards granted, including 4 Gold Trophies.
Projects are evaluated by a panel of experts bringing together the show’s Scientific and Technical Committee, according to a demanding set of criteria:
Applications are analyzed over several weeks, including checks and testing, in order to identify the most promising solutions for the industry.
The awards are organized around four categories:Cultivation, Processing, Packaging, Services & Market Access. They represent a true visibility accelerator for innovative companies.
Winners receive Gold, Silver or Bronze Trophies, symbols of recognition from the profession and a powerful commercial and marketing lever, thanks to exposure at the show and in specialized media.
For the 2026 edition, applications are open to all project leaders (registered and non-registered exhibitors), a unique opportunity to present innovations to key players in the sector.
The award ceremony will take place on December 1 during the exhibition, offering winners exceptional visibility among international professionals.

Companies and organizations providing solutions for production, packaging and distribution within the wine-growing, arboriculture and vegetable production sectors, exhibiting (registered or not registered) at the next edition of the show. Start-ups are also eligible to apply. The innovative products or services presented must have a Technology Readiness Level (TRL) of 7 or higher.

To assess the innovations submitted, the jury relies on a precise evaluation framework. Each application is reviewed by three experts, under the supervision of a lead expert. The jury has two and a half months to deliver its decision, during which members carry out numerous checks: visits to the candidate company, equipment testing, consultation with expert advisors.

Patrick Delmarre, President of Mo.Del and designer of the Viti-Tunnel, shares his experience with us
Since 2022, we've achieved some major milestones. It all started with recognition at Vinitech-Sifel with our prize at the Trophée de l'Innovation, followed by obtaining a support contract from BPI France, the creation of our head office and the opening of new offices, in January 2023. We then expanded our team with the creation of several new positions (logistics production, design engineer, industrial draughtsman, buyer, communications, etc.), supported by a team of 3 consultants. Since February 2024, we have been prospecting for a production plant to develop the pre-industrialization phase. And this March, we are finalizing our marketable device.

Winning the Special Jury Prize at the Innovation Trophy gave the Viti-Tunnel project a high profile, with interviews and articles in the national and specialist press. This exposure enabled members of the profession to learn more about Viti-Tunnel and its benefits for viticulture. Numerous potential customers and investors came forward.

We are currently in the pre-industrialization phase. Our technical teams are involved in the continuous improvement of the Viti-Tunnel to offer the most reliable and functional marketable version. For 2024, MO.DEL is preparing a new, larger-scale experimentation phase. Our aim is to deploy Viti-Tunnel on large plots (10 to 15 rows) in order to analyze the impact of the device on viticultural practices (mechanical work, human intervention, etc.) and landscapes, to demonstrate its operational feasibility, its adaptability to farming practices and constraints, and to assess its environmental impact. We are currently installing these devices in the vineyards of our partner estates for a minimum period of 2 years.
