• WINNERS 2026

    Innovation Awards

The expert jury of the Innovation Awards has met to deliberate.

ROBOTICS, AGROECOLOGY, NO-LOW: DISCOVER THE 2026 WINNERS.

    JURY’S SPECIAL AWARD

Not awarded since 2022, the Jury’s Special Award has been presented to Agrocampus Bordeaux Gironde for its wine industry innovation hackathon, Terroir d’idées. The project aims to encourage young people to develop new ideas for products, services, uses and experiences, contributing to the economic development and attractiveness of the sector. The initiative is led by Lycée La Tour Blanche, part of Agrocampus Bordeaux Gironde, with support from Fusion Jeunesse and backing from Château d’Yquem, the Campus régional de la Vigne et du Vin, DRAAF Nouvelle-Aquitaine, the Nouvelle-Aquitaine Region and numerous industry professionals.

    Category CULTIVATION TECHNIQUES

    Gold Award:

    • Surus Connect is a connected lone-worker alarm device (DATI), specifically redesigned for the agricultural and winegrowing sectors. It operates in areas without mobile coverage thanks to redundant communication networks, eliminates false alarms, automatically stops machinery in the event of an incident and continuously maps farm risk factors such as heat, vibration and noise.

    Silver Award:

    • EXTRALEX is a post-harvest mechanical tool designed to extract and recover vine leaves from between the rows and from the ground. By eliminating the primary inoculum hosted by plant residues from one season to the next, it significantly reduces disease pressure, particularly downy mildew, without the use of chemical inputs.

    Bronze Awards:

    • VitiSCENARIO by MATEVI is a technical and economic simulator enabling winegrowers and technicians to model different scenarios for changing practices, whether manual work, mechanised operations or outsourced services, in order to optimise farm organisation and profitability.

    • HELIOS Wine is an active frost protection system operating down to -5°C, and -7°C under extreme conditions, for both radiation frost and wind frost, with minimal energy consumption to protect yield potential.

    • VITIFOLIA is a natural nematicidal organic soil amendment approved as a basic substance at European level. It targets the nematode vector of Grapevine Fanleaf Virus to slow vineyard decline and stimulates root nutrient uptake to restore vine vitality.

    Commended entries:

    • Senseen Nutriscope is a decision-support tool that instantly measures 16 nutritional indicators in the field through sap analysis, enabling more precise fertilisation and irrigation management.

    • Maxi vigna hydro 5000 isobus is a high-capacity trailed inter-row fertiliser spreader equipped with integrated continuous weighing and ISOBUS regulation for maximum application accuracy.

    • FRAY7 is an organic spring fertiliser based on nutritional immunology, designed to stimulate the vine’s natural defences and secure yields in the face of climate-related stress.

    • FOLENIA® is a foliar biostimulant derived from vermicompost and enriched with humic and fulvic acids, strengthening climate resilience and optimising berry yield components.

    Category PROCESSING

    Gold Award:

    • Assemblage is an AI-powered decision-support tool for oenologists based on the analysis of mineral and qualitative data. A true winery assistant, it simulates the impact of ageing choices and compares optimised blending scenarios to achieve the targeted sensory profile with precision.

    Silver Awards:

    • ADJUSTEC is a new generation of hoop tensioners for wooden vats and foudres, compensating for dimensional variations and restoring container tightness in a simple, reliable way, entirely independently by the operator.

    • DAD: Dynamic Air Diagnostic is the first air-quality monitoring solution for wineries compliant with ISO 16000, with sampling carried out in 30 minutes. It identifies sources of atmospheric contaminants and volatile compounds to prevent the risk of undesirable organoleptic deviations in wines.

    Bronze Awards:

    • TopDegust is a standardised digital platform dedicated to the rigorous acquisition, processing and use of sensory data during winemaking, trials and quality control.

    • Vini Solutions OPC Oenological Preparation Unit is an all-in-one mobile system ensuring the safe and homogeneous incorporation of oenological inputs, continuous clarification through flotation and automated clean-in-place (CIP).

    • WINEGRID - Data-Driven Assistant is a predictive digital environment combined with real-time sensors, alerting oenologists to the risk of deviations and optimising every stage of fermentation from a single interface.

    • OENODRINKS is an experimental and natural flavour formulation kit enabling professionals to rapidly design, test and prototype new beverage profiles in the laboratory.

    • Polytube is a modular ageing container combining a ceramic tube with different closure materials, including wood, glass and stainless steel, allowing up to 30 personalised oenological configurations depending on the vintage.

    Commended entries:

    • WINEGRID - e-bung V2 is a high-precision connected bung continuously monitoring colour, opacity, level and temperature inside the barrel to manage ageing and lees stirring.

    • Smart Valve is a motorised valve communicating via Power Line 24V technology, simplifying wiring infrastructure and connected temperature control for each tank.

    • VINISUB is the first remotely operated underwater wine drone (ROV) capable of passing through the pomace cap to create a 3D map of the physico-chemical parameters inside tanks.

    • Symphoenie is a multifunctional mobile trolley combining inert-gas transfers, deoxygenation, carbonation, flotation and input dosing for cooperative wineries.
