Future Crops
On Thursday, December 3, 2026, a major plenary session starting at 9:00 a.m., followed by 20-minute thematic workshops, will bring together experts, producers, institutions and industry stakeholders to discuss the challenges of agricultural diversification and mixed farming. Held at the Forum Hall 1, this event will highlight adaptation and performance drivers for farms facing climate, economic and societal changes.
At the heart of the discussions: new crops and productions with strong potential for regional development.
Asparagus, olives, hemp, poultry, kiwi, berries, citrus fruits and table grapes will be explored through case studies, technical analyses and market outlooks.
This event will help professionals identify practical diversification opportunities to strengthen the resilience and competitiveness of their farms.
Designed as a true platform for discussion and knowledge sharing, this program combines a plenary conference with practical workshops to encourage field feedback and networking among industry stakeholders.
Participants will discover innovative solutions, gain a better understanding of agricultural transition dynamics and exchange directly with recognized experts on the crops and productions of tomorrow.
This Vinitech-Sifel program is co-organized with Invenio, the Chamber of Agriculture and CTIFL, committed partners supporting agricultural transitions and the development of plant production sectors.
Together, they will provide practical insights into tomorrow’s challenges and diversification opportunities tailored to field realities.
