The programme is available in several formats, tailored to the constraints and objectives of each participant.

    • Free access to the exhibition for 1 day (your choice) 
    • Matchmaking with pre-selected exhibitors according to your needs and flexible meeting scheduling 
    • No hotel accommodation included 
    • Travel reimbursement according to geographical zone allowance and upon presentation of original supporting documents 
    • Access to conferences, workshops and technical events according to the exhibition programme 
    • Access to the VIP Lounge and premium services (cloakroom, luggage storage) 
    • Personalised on-site assistance 

    Objective: An optimised programme to discover key trends and meet strategic exhibitors. 

    Minimum investment: Between €40K and €100K 

    • Free access to the exhibition for 2 days (your choice) 
    • Accommodation included (single room for up to 2 nights) and travel reimbursement according to geographical zone allowance upon presentation of original supporting documents 
    • Matchmaking with pre-selected exhibitors and flexible meeting scheduling 
    • Access to conferences, workshops and technical events according to the exhibition programme 
    • Access to the VIP Lounge and premium services (cloakroom, luggage storage) 
    • Personalised on-site support

    Minimum investment: Between €50K and €100K 

    • Free access throughout the 3 exhibition days

    Objective: Combine the exhibition experience with field visits for a practical, strategic and comprehensive understanding of the industry. 

    Minimum investment: From €250K (priority given to the highest investment projects) 


Selection Process 

Participants are selected through a strict process based on their investment capacity and willingness to invest, ensuring effective B2B meetings and meaningful exchanges. As places are limited, final acceptance remains subject to organiser approval. Participation in the programme is conditional upon acceptance of all terms, conditions and commitments established by Vinitech-Sifel. 

    • Applications must be submitted through the online form available in the ticketing area 
    • Applicants must provide detailed information regarding their professional profile, position, company and purchasing or investment project 
    • Applications are reviewed by the Vinitech-Sifel team 
    • The organiser also assesses the compatibility of the applicant's profile with exhibitors’ needs and programme objectives 
    • Candidates with genuine purchasing decision-making authority or influence will be prioritised 
    • Applications will be assessed according to: 
    • Relevance of the project 
    • Purchasing potential / willingness to invest 
    • Suitability with exhibitor offerings 

    Selected candidates will be contacted by the Vinitech-Sifel team. Unsuccessful applicants will be informed by email.    

  • The Hosted Buyers Programme is exclusively reserved for French and international professionals with a genuine investment project and purchasing decision-making authority. 

    Hosted Buyers may choose the package that best suits their needs: 

    • 1-Day Package – Targeted Discovery 
    • 2-Day Package – Business Pathway 
    • 3-Day Package – Full Exhibition Experience 
    • 4-Day Package – Field Immersion & Industry Expertise 

    To participate, Hosted Buyers undertake to: 

    • Respect the personalised agenda established with the organiser 
    • Attend for the full duration of the selected programme (1, 2, 3 or 4 days) 
    • Sign and have signed the attendance sheet provided 
    • Have a concrete investment project with an identified or pending budget 
    • Inform the organiser as soon as possible in the event of delay, cancellation or inability to attend a scheduled meeting 
    • Provide accurate registration information regarding their company, role and purchasing needs 
  • Zone 1: Metropolitan France – up to €200 
    Zone 2: Europe (short-haul) – €400 
    Zone 3: Extended Europe, Middle East & Africa (medium-haul) – €600 
    Zone 4: Americas & Asia-Pacific (long-haul) – €1,000 

  • Reimbursement conditions vary depending on the selected package and applicant profile. The programme is strictly reserved for accredited professionals and places are limited. 

    The organiser reserves the right to approve or reject applications according to the selection criteria outlined above. 

    Any unjustified absence or failure to comply with programme commitments may result in: 

    • Non-reimbursement of eligible expenses 
    • Re-invoicing of accommodation costs paid by the organiser 
    • Exclusion from future editions 

    Reimbursements will be processed by Bordeaux Events and More within 30 days after the event, upon presentation of original supporting documents and valid bank details (IBAN or official banking document). 

    Hosted Buyers are responsible for arranging their own travel. Accommodation is provided through rooms booked by Bordeaux Events and More according to the selected package. 

    In the event of non-attendance during the scheduled participation period, no reimbursement will be granted. Expenses incurred outside the scope of the selected package are not eligible for reimbursement. Personal expenses (minibar, room service, meals, etc.) remain the participant's responsibility. 

    The attendance sheet provided must be returned at the end of the exhibition, duly completed, otherwise reimbursement will not be granted.

  • Participants acknowledge that any additional expenses remain their responsibility and are encouraged to take out insurance covering risks associated with their participation in the exhibition. 

    Bordeaux Events and More shall not be held liable for any such expenses or related circumstances.
