Selection ProcessParticipants are selected through a strict process based on their investment capacity and willingness to invest, ensuring effective B2B meetings and meaningful exchanges. As places are limited, final acceptance remains subject to organiser approval. Participation in the programme is conditional upon acceptance of all terms, conditions and commitments established by Vinitech-Sifel. |

Zone 1: Metropolitan France – up to €200
Zone 2: Europe (short-haul) – €400
Zone 3: Extended Europe, Middle East & Africa (medium-haul) – €600
Zone 4: Americas & Asia-Pacific (long-haul) – €1,000
Reimbursement conditions vary depending on the selected package and applicant profile. The programme is strictly reserved for accredited professionals and places are limited.
The organiser reserves the right to approve or reject applications according to the selection criteria outlined above.
Any unjustified absence or failure to comply with programme commitments may result in:
Reimbursements will be processed by Bordeaux Events and More within 30 days after the event, upon presentation of original supporting documents and valid bank details (IBAN or official banking document).
Hosted Buyers are responsible for arranging their own travel. Accommodation is provided through rooms booked by Bordeaux Events and More according to the selected package.
In the event of non-attendance during the scheduled participation period, no reimbursement will be granted. Expenses incurred outside the scope of the selected package are not eligible for reimbursement. Personal expenses (minibar, room service, meals, etc.) remain the participant's responsibility.
The attendance sheet provided must be returned at the end of the exhibition, duly completed, otherwise reimbursement will not be granted.
Participants acknowledge that any additional expenses remain their responsibility and are encouraged to take out insurance covering risks associated with their participation in the exhibition.
Bordeaux Events and More shall not be held liable for any such expenses or related circumstances.
