Press Release, Bordeaux, June 9, 2026
As the winegrowing, fruit-growing and vegetable-growing sectors face unprecedented transformations, the organizers of the 25th edition of Vinitech-Sifel (December 1–3, 2026, at the Bordeaux Exhibition Centre) are announcing the upcoming launch of registrations for the Vinitech Games. For this flagship event, which will bring together 700 exhibitors and feature a program of 70 conferences and forums, this new initiative will showcase the operational expertise of industry professionals through a series of immersive, real-world technical challenges. It is a strong symbol for an event that reaffirms its role as a hub for practical solutions and collective intelligence.
Firmly rooted in the realities of the professions and practical know-how, the Vinitech Games will feature four competitions co-designed with training institutions and industry stakeholders to highlight agility and operational excellence. Each competition is open to two categories (Professionals and Students) and will be contested at both French & International levels:
Registration for competitors will officially open during the week of June 15, 2026. Vinitech-Sifel ticket sales will open on July 9, 2026.
Beyond these activities, the 2026 edition is positioning itself as a major strategic gathering for professionals expected from around the world. For Emmanuel Viollet, Director of Vinitech-Sifel, the current situation calls for a shared dynamic.
“For three days, 40,000 professionals come together to confront their realities, exchange ideas and share solutions. This is where true collective intelligence emerges, something we need now more than ever to adapt and move forward. The objective is clear: every visitor should leave the exhibition with something they can implement the very next day and use to make informed strategic decisions.
On the exhibition floor, this synergy will be reflected directly in the aisles, where the range of exhibitors expected this year illustrates the adaptability of manufacturers and companies.
At the heart of this edition, innovation will come to life both on the exhibition floor and through industry debates. Complementing the practical solutions showcased throughout the exhibition, a comprehensive program of more than 70 conferences and forums will provide strategic and operational insights into the major transformations affecting the sectors:
For its 25th edition, the event will also host the largest International WineTech Start-up Village, bringing together 40 start-ups, while continuing to build on its two historic pillars dedicated to promoting technical progress:
The International Innovation Awards (Trophées de l’Innovation) will reward the best technological innovations, processes and services in the Vine & Wine, Vegetable Growing and Fruit Growing sectors, with the winners announced in September 2026. The Techno Show, an exclusive space dedicated to dynamic demonstrations and real-life testing conditions, will showcase cutting-edge equipment and technologies (spraying, soil management, new technologies).

Vinitech-Sifel, an event organized by Beam, reaffirms its mission as a driver of change at the heart of a sector undergoing profound transformation. A true hub for transformation, the event converts innovation into practical applications and strategic decisions. It stands as an essential decision-making tool, supporting professionals as they transform their practices and plan future investments.
Bordeaux, April 28, 2026. In a market seeking clarity and concrete solutions, Vinitech-Sifel invites professionals from agricultural sectors to meet from December 1 to 3, 2026, at the Bordeaux Exhibition Centre. A true hub of innovation and dialogue for stakeholders in the winegrowing, vegetable-growing, and arboriculture sectors, the event will highlight major industry trends. More than just a showcase, it positions itself as a key decision-making lever, enabling visitors to identify tomorrow’s solutions and select those to implement across their operations, from production to market distribution.
For nearly 50 years, Vinitech-Sifel has supported the evolution of agricultural sectors. In 2026, the event reaches a crucial milestone by confirming its role as a driver of change. Its objective is to foster value-generating interactions that enhance knowledge and transform technological and agroecological innovations into drivers of sustainable on-the-ground performance. The ambition is clear: to provide tangible, ready-to-implement solutions. This leading international hub will bring together 700 exhibitors and 40,000 professionals from over 70 countries in Bordeaux, offering a comprehensive range of solutions covering the entire value chain, from production to market distribution.
Designed as a transformative edition addressing climate, economic, and societal shifts, Vinitech-Sifel 2026 will focus on the major transitions shaping the sector: adaptation of economic models, agroecological transition, technological innovation, diversification of production, and evolving commercial strategies.
Across 70,000 sqm of exhibition space, Vinitech-Sifel offers a comprehensive 360° perspective structured around five key areas of expertise: Cultivation techniques, Wine cellars and Warehouses, Bottling and Packaging, Services and Training, Sales and Marketing.
“Today, an entire sector must adapt. Our responsibility is clear: to deliver a useful event that provides concrete solutions to professionals. Vinitech-Sifel 2026 will not merely be a place for observation, but a true decision-making tool. Innovation, diversification, economic performance, environmental transition: we aim to give stakeholders the means to act now. The decisions made today will bear fruit in the years to come. Vinitech-Sifel is a place for informed decision-making.”
Emmanuel Viollet, Director of Vinitech-Sifel
In a context where profitability and ecological transition are now inseparable, this cross-sector approach enables decision-makers to secure their investments. This openness acts as a catalyst for transformation by enabling innovations to be tested against real market demands, helping to build more resilient operating models.
At the heart of this edition, more than 70 conferences and forums will analyze ongoing transformations and provide actionable insights. Co-developed with industry stakeholders, these sessions will prioritize feedback, real-world case studies, and applicable solutions, including topics such as younger consumer behavior, sociology, and approaches to new export markets.
Innovation at Vinitech-Sifel 2026 is positioned as an immediate transformation lever. The event will host the largest international village of wine-tech startups (40 emerging companies) and the Innovation Awards to showcase solutions of the future. A new feature, “Wine and Spirit Profiling,” will illustrate this role by connecting plant innovation with market perception. Other key highlights include the Agroecology Summit, dedicated to transition challenges, and a full day focused on production diversification, exploring new growth opportunities for farms.
Vinitech-Sifel 2026 embodies the strength of collective action by bringing together a global community of 40,000 committed professionals. More than just a meeting place, it stands as a global center of influence where experience sharing and intergenerational knowledge transfer foster essential mutual support in times of crisis. This edition will showcase excellence through the “Vinitech Games,” a series of competitions highlighting professional expertise across the production chain, as well as through demonstrations in a newly formatted “Techno Show.” At the same time, it will open concrete opportunities in strategic markets through the presence of international buyer delegations. Vinitech-Sifel reaffirms its mission: to serve as a value-generating third place, transforming every innovation into real-world practice.
This program reflects a strong commitment to anchoring the event in a dynamic, practical, and valuable experience for professionals by showcasing the skills and expertise of the men and women across the sector.
