Wine & Spirit Profiling

NEW

Two wine tasting sessions

Join us for a unique tasting experience at Vinitech-Sifel, from December 1 to 3, 2026, at the Bordeaux Exhibition Centre!

The French Vine and Wine Institute (IFV), the French Union of Oenologists (Union des Œnologues de France), ENOSENS and Bordeaux Events and More, together with international delegations, are once again joining forces to present a new edition of the Wine & Spirit Profiling Masterclasses. This year, the programme will be enhanced by two dedicated tasting areas: one focused on discovering new product profiles and the latest innovations (no/low alcohol beverages, sparkling grape juices, cocktails, etc.), and another dedicated to exploring international and indigenous grape varieties, as well as disease-resistant varieties.

These tasting areas will highlight the aromatic profiles of wines and spirits, offering visitors an unparalleled opportunity to learn, discover and exchange.

Why Take Part
in the Tasting Sessions?

Interact with Industry Experts

Our sessions will be led by French and international oenologists and industry professionals, providing a unique opportunity to exchange ideas, ask questions and learn directly from those shaping the future of the wine sector.
