A French manufacturer of agricultural nets since 1972, Texinov® presents VINOPROTEX®, a complete climate protection solution designed for viticulture.
Combining technical nets with a patented metal attachment system that fits any type of vineyard post, it protects vines against hail, sun and rain, and helps reduce disease pressure (downy mildew, powdery mildew, black rot).

Designed to last at least 10 years, the VINOPROTEX® solution is easy to handle and compatible with mechanical harvesting. Texinov® will also showcase the results obtained through the European LIFE VINOSHIELD project, carried out with its French, Italian and Spanish partners to strengthen the resilience of vineyards in the face of climate change.

VINOPROTEX® solution de protection climatique des vignes

Beyond hail protection, shading and disease risk, VINOPROTEX® has been designed to simplify the winegrower's work and secure profitability. Validated by trials conducted since 2019 in France and across Europe, it has demonstrated a clear reduction in hail damage and diseases (downy mildew, leafhoppers), improved berry uniformity, and time savings of up to 60 h/ha on certain vineyard operations, notably vine lifting and disbudding.

This labour saving, combined with lower crop losses, contributes to a fast return on investment. By limiting disease pressure, the VINOPROTEX® solution also supports efforts to reduce phytosanitary inputs.

Its range of nets (TIP 066, 067 and 068) offers different shading levels (from 8 to 50%) and several colours, so that protection can be adjusted to the specific conditions of each plot.
