ECOFASS is a French solution for serving wine on tap. The principle: a reusable HDPE keg fitted with a single-use inner bag. The wine never comes into contact with the propellant gas, which eliminates oxidation and fully preserves the aromas.
Key benefits for winegrowers and hospitality professionals:
• Up to 120 days of preservation after tapping, with no change to the aromatic profile
• No cleaning required: the bag is replaced at each filling
• Runs on compressed air, no specific CO₂ needed
• Compatible with all standard dispensing lines (Type A and S couplers)
• Keg reusable for up to 10 years, made in France
• Available in 10, 20, 25 and 30 litre formats
A sustainable alternative to the bottle: an independent life cycle assessment (ISO 14040/14044) shows 42% lower CO₂ emissions than glass, with 14 out of 15 environmental indicators in favour of the keg.
