Reusable keg for wine on tap

ECOFASS is a French solution for serving wine on tap. The principle: a reusable HDPE keg fitted with a single-use inner bag. The wine never comes into contact with the propellant gas, which eliminates oxidation and fully preserves the aromas.

A sustainable alternative to the bottle: an independent life cycle assessment (ISO 14040/14044) shows 42% lower CO₂ emissions than glass, with 14 out of 15 environmental indicators in favour of the keg.
