CO2 Winery is a complete solution for capturing, treating and recovering fermentation CO₂ in wineries. The capture network collects biogenic CO₂ directly from fermentation tanks before it is analysed, purified, compressed and stored by the CO2 Box. The recovered CO₂ can then be used through a range of dedicated recovery solutions developed by W Platform, including CO2 Collect for secure CO₂ capture, CO2 Aroma for the recovery of volatile fermentation aromas, CO2 Snow and CO2 Ice for the production of dry ice snow and pellets, CO2 Water for water carbonation, and Less Alco, designed to reduce alcohol content.
CO2 Brewery is a complete solution for capturing, treating and recovering fermentation CO₂, specifically designed for breweries. The capture network collects biogenic CO₂ directly from fermentation vessels before it is analysed, purified, compressed and stored by either the Micro CO2 Box or the CO2 Box, depending on the brewery's production requirements. The recovered CO₂ can then be used for a wide range of applications, including beer carbonation, tank, keg and bottle inerting, as well as water carbonation.
