HELIOS WINE

The system is an advanced version of the simple electric heating wires currently available on the market in Europe. The electrical power has been reduced by half, and a special cover has been developed to keep the delicate flowers and buds warm inside the cover along with the heating wire. Advantages: half the power, protection down to -5°C / -7°C, and protection against wind chill (wind frost). Overall power consumption per ha (3500m): 26,5 kW/ha at -5° and 38,5 kW/ha at -7°

For this, I have received the 2023 Innovation Award from the German Winegrowers’ Association, and this year (2026) I won first place for the best innovation in viticulture at AustroVin in Tulln/Austria and finally now I have got an innovation Award from Vinitech-Sifel 2026 in Bordeaux.
