The Scientific and Technical Committee ensures that visiting professionals have the best possible expertise in the field, that the show's offer is consistent with the expectations and needs of professionals, and that the quality and scientific integrity of the topics covered during the conferences are guaranteed.
The multidisciplinary nature of the experts on this committee is a strong desire of the show's Director, Delphine DEMADE. Teacher-researchers, engineers from technical institutes, engineers from Chambers of Agriculture, representatives of the sectors, these specialists were co-chaired during the last editions by Christophe RIOU, General Manager of the IFV for the wine sector and Pierre GAILLARD, General Manager of INVENIO for the fruit and vegetable sector.
