Unique tasting workshops
The French Institute of Vine and Wine, the BNIC, Bordeaux Sciences Agro and Bordeaux Exhibition Congress joined forces to present a unique tasting area on the aromatic perception of wines and spirits and sensory analysis.
5 tastings of one hour each day, offering visitors to approach, user-friendly, original themes of sensory perception: How to define the flavor profile and aroma quality of a wine? What is the influence of a wine route on the organoleptic profile of the wine? How amplify notes of pepper and red fruit in a wine? A pale pink it may be aromatic? What are the mechanisms of sensory perception and their impact on the tasting? What is the aromas of cognac? What will the sensory profile of the grape varieties of tomorrow?
The "Wine & Spirit Profiling" space will discover, for the first time on Vinitech-Sifel, through workshops tastings, the benefits of research on flavorings, produced by IFV, the BNIC, Bordeaux Agro Sciences.
